Our Human Resource team requires all candidates complete state-regulated background checks prior to undergoing our rigorous interviewing process. Having spoken at great lengths with previous employers as well as other references during the interview process, to attain a full understanding of each applicant’s professional history, we can assure both
quality and efficiency in every professional we place.

Staffing: Our team of experienced staff will recruit the right professional with the credentials and language skills necessary to provide
effective services to our clients’ service recipients.

In-Community Program: Provides bi-lingual and culturally competent professionals and para-professionals to children and families directly
 in their place of residence. These include mentors, tutors, behavioral assistants, clinicians, interpreters and translators.

Child Study Team: Conducts evaluations for children referred by school districts throughout New Jersey. The team consists of a Psychologist, Learning Consultant, Social Worker and Speech Pathologists.

Training – Seasoned trainers experienced in their perspective fields will train on various topics including time management, bullying, sexual abuse, etc.

Home Health Aids – Support our seniors with the essential needs of self-care and companionship.

Applied Behavior Analysis – Work one-on-one with autistic individuals on language and motor skills.

Most of our services are focused towards helping communities that possess diverse backgrounds. We see the importance in this practice and are working hard on recruiting candidates with the language and/or cultural competence skills necessary.
